Antonella Collaro-Grenham

Chief Executive Officer

Antonella started her project management journey in the late 1990s and qualified as an Agile Practitioner/Trainer and Scrum Master in 2017. Her solid project management experience has been coupled with senior roles in membership organisations over the years. These have spanned education and training, content delivery and operations.

Antonella is happiest when applying Agile principles to pretty much everything in life and tries very hard to curb her perfectionist overdrive. One day she would also like to open an Italian cookery school in the Tuscan hills.

She lives in West London with her partner and teenage daughter.

Louis Varley

Chief Technical Officer

Louis started his IT journey in 2012 and has worked for numerous non-profit and charity organisations in various technical roles as well as managing IT departments. He has held senior positions in membership organisations and has overseen many digital transformation programmes.

A highly technical IT professional, Louis likes to keep at the forefront of new ideas.

He is happiest when coding, messing with electronics projects or looking for new retro computing collectables.
