Ella is a strategic delivery leader and change management practitioner with 30 years’ experience driving complex, enterprise‑wide programmes across digital, technical and organisational domains. Expert in Agile transformation, strategic programme leadership and capability uplift, she brings a proven ability to influence senior leaders, shape delivery frameworks and embed sustainable change.

Known for creating delivery environments where teams thrive, learn and innovate, Ella is deeply aligned with a mission to accelerate positive transformation through Agile excellence, innovation and strategic clarity.

She is based in West London, where she lives with her husband Warren, a scenic painter and artist.

Louis started his IT journey in 2012 and has worked for numerous non-profit and charity organisations in various technical roles as well as managing IT departments. He has held senior positions in membership organisations and has overseen many digital transformation programmes.

A highly technical IT professional, Louis likes to keep at the forefront of new ideas.

He is happiest when coding, messing with electronics projects or looking for new retro computing collectables.
